well... it's been hotter than hades around these parts, and we aren't complaining one bit. The kids have learned to live outside 90% of the day and their summer tans are in full effect. Popsicles have worked their way into our daily routine and we are constantly keeping an open ear for the "ice cream golf cart guy." The hydrangeas are in FULL bloom in our backyard, the swimsuits are in constant rotation and my ever growing to-do list continues to get pushed back, because summer doesn't last forever...right?!
what's in the works over here? well, we are on the hunt for a new queen bed frame for Baylor's room - he's getting a room makeover before baby sis comes, as his room will double as a guest room. I'm looking for something upholstered, yet masculine. Baby sis needs a nursery concept, and this is the first time I've actually had to go gender-specific. the struggle is real because pink.
